John Williams memorial walk

This annual walk in memory of one of our members John Williams followed our usual route starting at the St Julian’s car park and taking in the quarry park and the dingle. We were able to see the European heron that had taken a liking to the lakeside in the dingle. We continued over the Portland bridge into Coleham before returning to the car park via the English Bridge. Following the walk we met at The Abbey Hotel and 30 members enjoyed an excellent lunch.
