Annual Harvest Festival
Once again our very generous members and friends donated an wonderful array of produce for the recent Harvest Festival evening
A short harvest service was led by the Reverend Simon Thorburn who gave a very amusing and thought provoking sermon. The items of fruit he used to were later auctioned. Steve our organist helped when it came to singing the well known harvest hymns.
Mike Tomley was once again on hand to auction the produce. His amusing and persuasive manner emptied the table and members pockets to raise a grand sum of £348.00 Many thanks to all who contributed
